This is probably the most important festival to the Chinese. It usually takes place in January-February period. During the festival, the entire Hong Kong would be in its New Year's spirit. There would be many festival activities, events & exhibits around the city. You would also see people passing out "Lai See" (Red Packets with money) to the kids.
