Mid-Autumn Festival is one the major Chinese Festivals. It takes place on 15th of the 8th lunar month that usually lies in the later part of September. Mid-autumn Festival is always marked by its famous "Moon Cake" (served only during the festival), lantern displays & Fire Dragon dances.
During this period of time, you may see lantern displays throughout the entire city. Fire Dragon dances may take places in many parts of the city during the festival.
