Olympic Stadium, Montreal
Olympic Stadium, built for the 1976 Summer Olympics, is a multi-purpose stadium. The stadium, designed by a French architect, Roger Taillibert, is the tallest inclined structure in the world. The stadium\'s construction cost, was way over what was originally budgeted for. The cost was not completely paid off till November, 2006. This made the stadium the second most expensive stadium ever built, at the time.
You should take the lift to go up to the top of the stadium. From there you would have a great view of the Olympic Park and the entire Montreal city. Once you are at top of the stadium, you would appreciate the architectural design of the stadium much better.
