Sultan Abdul Samad Building, Dataran Merdeka, Kuala Lumpur
Designed by a British architect A. C. Norman and built in 1897, Sultan Abdul Samad Building was named after the reigning sultan of Selangor at that time.
The building, formerly housed the superior courts of the country, is now the building for the offices of the Ministry of Information, Communications and Culture of Malaysia (Kementerian Penerangan, Komunikasi dan Kebudayaan Malaysia).
