Jumbo Seafood - Clarke Quay, Singapore

You must order its chilli crab dish. It is so delicious!!! You should also order “Man Tou” (饅頭 – Chinese bread) or steamed rice, as they go so well with the chilli crab sauce. Make sure you dip your “Man Tou” in the Chilli crab sauce before you eat it. Wow! It is so delicious!!! I usually don’t eat steamed rice. With the chilli crab sauce, I can consume 2 bowls of steamed rice easily.

The restaurant, situated by the Singapore River at Clarke Quay, has a very nice dining ambiance. Its service is, however, somewhat less than desirable. I would not hesitate to give it a 5 ranking, if I did get little bit better service from its staffs.
