Parc de la Ciutadella

Next to Arc de Triomf, there is a very beautiful park, Parc de la Ciutadella, which is crowded with tourists and locals. In addition to many people jogging, you would find some families taking their strolls with their children in the park.

With a beautiful fountain and many nice sculptures and monuments, Parc de la Ciutadella is indeed a very beautiful park. One of the main attractions of the park is its zoo which was home for the famous albino gorilla Snowflake that died in 2004. Since I am not a zoo person, I did not visit the zoo. If you enjoy zoo, you should make a trip there.
