Situated in the mid of the University Town of Guangzhou, this a popular hotel for the visiting scholars, college students and their families. Though operated by Marriott, this hotel is probably at the lower end of the hotel chain. Aloft hotel should be in the same class as the Fairfield Inn.

Though it’s a budget hotel, it does provide adequate facilities, including a decent fitness centre and couple restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

For additional RMB70, RMB 98 if you are not a guess, the hotel guess may have breakfast in it restaurant The breakfast served is very much a college cafe style. Items are very limited, but adequate. You should avoid its noodle bar, as I had some poor experience of its soup noodle.
