Resting areas in Jiuzhaigou National Park and Huanglong Park.

Most of the tourist attractions in China have very poor restroom facilities. This was not true, however, for Jiuzhaigou National Park and Huanglong Park. Nice and clean restrooms, with great maintenance, were all over the Parks. The Parks also imposed “absolute” no smoking policy. There were assigned areas for smokers to take their puffs. No one was allowed to smoke outside of these areas. Though I was very skeptic about this policy, I had to admit, during my entire journey, I did not see anyone smoke outside of the assigned areas. It seemed to me the Park officials did a very good job to execute this policy.
