Crazy Cajun Seafood Restaurant

This is not a traditional Cajun restaurant. In fact, it is more like a picnic by the beach. There is no fancy silverwares, napkins, table cloth etc. All tables are covered with paper. This makes the cleanup easy.
Almost every customer would order Hungry Cajun. Customers would get no plate or bowl. The server would just dump a basket of boiled seafood, shrimps, crawfishes, sausages, crabs, corn and potatoes on the paper-covered table; customers would use their fingers (make sure you wash your hand) to pick up the food. Customers would be given a wooden hammer to crack the shells. If you have not done it before it would be fun to try it once. The food was good, as it was well seasoned. Not to mention, it would be difficult for someone to mess up a boil basket of seafood.
