Pho Ben is not a typical Vietnamese restaurant. It offers good food and nice dining ambiance at a reasonable price. The restaurant does not use excessive MSG for its Pho, so customers may eat the soup that comes with the pho. Its spring rolls, however, are just average. My favorite Pho is Pho with round Steak and Brisket.
