St. Dominic’s Church (Igreja de São Domingos; 玫瑰堂 called by Macau Chinese), a Baroque style catholic church built in 1587, is one of the Macau top historic site and a UNESCO World Heritage site. I was told the first Portuguese newspaper in China was published in this church.

Make sure you make a trip to the church’s bell tower, which hosts a museum for the church’s historic religious art works and artifacts. I did it and I enjoyed it.
