Franklin BBQ is one unique restaurant. It only opens 6 days a week and it is closed on Monday. The restaurant only opens for lunch at 11:00 till its food is sold out.

The place is always packed with a huge line of customers waiting outside of the restaurant. Many customers have to wait for 2+hrs for its food. I waited for an hour and I didn't get a chance to taste its famous brisket. I gave it the "4" rating, based on the feedbacks from the people I talked to. I do plan to make another try at this place, so I may give another rating based on my first hand experience.

Sunday is probably the worst day to dine at this place, unless you plan to get there early. Do prepare to wait in line for 2 hrs.
